These Terms & Conditions govern the commercial relationship between AdStation Global (DBA of Click2Dial Marketing, registered in Haryana, India) and its clients ("Client").

2. Services

Services are defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or Service Agreements. AdStation Global reserves the right to decline engagements at its discretion. We work with selected clients only.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payments attract interest at 2% per month. Ad spend budgets must be funded in advance unless a separate credit arrangement exists.

4. Performance Disclaimer

Past results (ROAS, CPL, revenue figures cited on this website) are indicative of potential outcomes and not guarantees. Digital advertising results depend on market conditions, ad platform algorithms, landing page quality, and client-side factors outside our direct control.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, campaign data, and commercial terms. NDAs are available upon request.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Pre-paid retainers are non-refundable for work already commenced. Ad spend already deployed to platforms is non-recoverable.

7. Governing Law

All disputes shall be governed by Indian law and subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Gurugram, Haryana.

Refund Policy

Agency Retainer Fees

Agency management fees paid for completed work periods are non-refundable. Where a client terminates within the first 30 days of a new engagement before any material work has commenced, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of AdStation Global.

Ad Spend

Ad budgets deployed to Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, or other advertising platforms are subject to the refund policies of those respective platforms. AdStation Global does not hold client ad funds — all spend is deployed directly to platform accounts owned or controlled by the client.

Disputes

In the event of a billing dispute, the Client must raise the matter in writing within 7 days of the invoice date. Disputes raised after this window may not be eligible for credit or reversal.
